UFC 109 RELENTLESS

Well gents the year kick off with some good knock outs, I'm alittle disapointed with the out come of the Evans fight but he came out the better fighter. My hats off.

In the main event, it’s the clash of the Old guys( ) if you're a UFC fan well this one is for you when Hall of Famers Randy “The Natural” Couture and Mark “The Hammer” Coleman finally square off & the UFC is calling this one"Battle for the ages"( ), plus The UFC's top two middleweight, Nate Marquardt(this guy is bad ass) and Chael Sonnen, get down. The winner will be one step closer to a world title shot. Former champion Matt Serra and two-time title challenger Frank Trigg get down for the first time. It goes down Saturday, February 6, I'm looking forward to the fights next month. What's your take on the fights?

NBA season

The Lakers (29-9) conclude their 2-game Texas road trip tonight in Dallas against the Mav's (25-12) at 5:30pm Pct. Lakers look , will lets just say it's still early. How is your team doing this year?

Well bigs ups to the the teams this year(Dam Raiders!!!) last weeks games were exciting but with the Superbowl around the corner who do you think will take it all? I'm taking the Colts to go all the way.

Week #5

The Giants defeated The Oakland Raiders 44-7 at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., in 2009 Regular Season action. RB Michael Bush contributed a 5-yard TD run for the Silver and Black.(The only one) Dam it!!
The Raiders fall to 1-4 on the 2009 Regular Season and return home to face the Eagles at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum next Sunday. So how's your team ranking up at this point?
